How To Return A Product

Your product must be

Your product must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the product within (5 days) of your purchase. 

Your item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase


Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have receive your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund , the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Products that have been opened will not be accepted for return or exchange.
